The terms that govern use of IQED's website and app.
Last updated June 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the IQED website, app and assessment. By creating an account or taking the assessment, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any child you enrol.
If you do not agree, please do not use IQED.
A parent or guardian must hold the account for any user under 18. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Assessment results are generated by our models from the answers given. They depend on honest, unassisted attempts; results from shared or interrupted sessions may not be accurate.
The IQ assessment is free. Some app features require a paid subscription, chosen and billed inside the app through the relevant app store.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage renewals and cancellations through your app store account, subject to its refund rules. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply to a billing period already paid.
When using IQED, you agree not to:
All lessons, questions, reports, software and branding are owned by IQED or its partners and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them; it does not transfer ownership.
IQED's assessment is an educational tool, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. It does not diagnose any medical, psychological or learning condition, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
If you have concerns about your child's development or health, please consult a qualified professional.
IQED is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll post the new version here with a fresh date and, for material changes, notify account holders.
