Founder & MD
Aji R
Aji spent years studying what report cards never measure: memory, reasoning, IQ, and the quiet differences in how fast children learn and how long they hold it. The pattern was always the same. Bright kids whose real strengths nobody was measuring yet.
IQED is the answer he wished existed for those families. The research made practical, so a parent can see their child's mind clearly and actually do something about it.

Suraj P. Satheesh is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IQED, driving the company's vision, strategy, and growth. He leads product innovation, operations, and strategic partnerships to build AI-powered, research-driven learning solutions that make education more personalized, engaging, and effective for students.
A TEDx speaker, author, and corporate leader, he currently serves as CEO of Avakinin I Pvt. Ltd. (IQED India). He is recognized as a Neuro-Marketing expert and has been noted as one of the youngest Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainers.

Sidharth
Sidharth is the AI Head at IQED, leading the development of next-generation AI technologies that power personalized learning and intelligent education. Passionate about artificial intelligence from a young age, he focuses on building adaptive learning systems, AI-driven assessments, and innovative educational solutions that enhance student outcomes and shape the future of learning.
